We remind you that to collect your vehicle, you must have the release document, send to you by email. You have to make an appointment before going to the compound. If you use a transport company, you must announce your arrival at least 24 hours in advance. To do this, simply send an email to the address provided on the release document.

If you buy a vehicle stored in a compound of our partner, it is mentionned in your Voucher. Please make an appointment 24h by advance to pick-up your car.
If you pick-up vehicles by truck on Bouchain compound, please send an email to guillaume.dremiere@walon.gctrans.com including the list of vehicles and the date of pickup at least 24hrs before arriving onsite. Bouchain will reply to the email with a load number. When arriving at the compound, the carrier must go at the entry gate and gives his load number, ID & release documents. If he doesn't have a load number, he will have to wait that all the trucks arriving with one are served.
If you pick-up vehicles by truck on Castelnau compound, please send an email to parc.btv@gcatrans.com including the list of vehicles and the date of pickup at least 24hrs before arriving onsite.When arriving at the compound, the carrier must go at the entry gate and gives his ID and release documents. Castelnau will give a load number to the carrier and ask to wait to have a free load lane. Then the gate entrance will call the carrier to enter into the compound.
It is strongly recommended to make an appointment online 24 hours in advance.Get upstream: - The vehicle's voucher - Adapted equipment, in the event that the vehicle to be recovered is non-rollingEach appointment corresponds to a time slot of 15 minutes, for a withdrawal of 5 vehicles maximum.
For security reasons, trucks that are not car-carriers will not be accepted on the French compounds to pick-up vehicles.
Picking-up fees of 15€ ex. VAT per vehicle are applied.
