Make an appointment

We remind you that to collect your vehicle, you must have the release document, send to you by email. You have to make an appointment before going to the compound. If you use a transport company, you must announce your arrival at least 48 hours in advance. To do this, simply send an email to the address provided on the release document.

For vehicle pick-up via convoying: Make an appointment by clicking the button "Center details", which will direct you to the appropriate contact or a dedicated online platform.

For pick-up by a transport company: Make an appointment through the email address provided for the compound or mentioned on the release voucher, at least 48 hours in advance. Please note that appointments cannot be made over the phone, and you will not receive a confirmation.

Ensure you have the printed vehicle release voucher (sent via email and available on your account) and the original buyer's identification card. If the buyer is not present, also bring a power of attorney and the original identification card of the person picking up the vehicle(s).

Each appointment corresponds to a 15-minute time slot, with a maximum of 5 vehicles to pick-up.

Please be aware that semi-trailer trucks are not allowed for vehicle transport (e.g., covered trucks are prohibited for loading)!

A collect fee of €15 excluding taxes per vehicle will be applied to your invoice.
