Buyer fees

All buyer's fees are exclusive of VAT and are payable for each vehicle purchased. The buyer's fees depend on the price of the vehicle. Details can be found in our fee table.

Particular cases:

Differing conditions will be communicated in the respective auction catalogue.
BCA EuroShop: 3.0% with a minimum of €450 and export fee of €140.

AVILOO battery report: € 40

An additional € 40 charge (per vehicle) will be applied for any BEV with an AVILOO battery report.

Invoicing and VAT policy

Please find bellow the details you must know regarding payment and VAT policy.

Invoice

The same day you make a purchase with BCA Germany, your invoice will be sent to you via email

Payment

From the day you receive the invoice, you will have 2 working days to pay through bank transfer

VAT Policy

BCA Germany invoices foreign EU buyers without VAT. Buyers outside the EU are invoiced including local VAT (19%). The VAT will be refunded after confirmation of export

Collect your vehicle

After receipt of payment for your purchased vehicles you have the possibility to use our BCA transport service or to instruct your forwarding agent:

BCA delivery

We are very conscious about the importance for you to have your vehicle(s) delivered as soon and easy as possible. Therefore, we have built an extensive logistic network across Europe to provide you with the best offer. You can estimate your transport costs and request a transport with our "calculator".

Request a transport

Collect by third party

As a buyer with a company headquarters in Germany, you can collect the vehicle with a logistics company commissioned by you. Important: Notify the BCA collection location at least 24h before collection. When collecting the vehicle, the vehicle release (collection note) and the collection authorisation must be presented.

Automatic transport or self-shipment for EU buyers

BCA provides a convenient cross-border transport solution for your purchases, relieving you from the need to worry about arranging transport companies and pickup appointments. However, starting from October 16, 2023, you have the option to arrange your own transport for vehicles in France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, and Spain if you prefer to retain control. We will send you the car documents by express mail, after receiving the corresponding proof of export:

European Customers

If your company is located in an EU country, you must send a scanned copy of the stamped CMR, along with a completed delivery confirmation.
