Buyer fees

All buyer fees are net and payable for each vehicle purchased. Buyer fees depend on the price of the vehicle (3.30% of the gross sales price but at least €275 for vehicles up to €1,499, €300 for vehicles over €1,500 and at least €3.000 for vehicles over €90.900). Details can be found in our fee overview.


Exceptions:
Deviating conditions will be communicated in the respective auction catalog.BCA EuroShop: Fixed buyer's fee of 3% (minimum amount of €350) and €100 export fee.


Additional service fees:
Export fee: 100 €
Collection fee: 15 €*


*If you use the BCA transport service, the collection fee is waived.

Invoicing and value added tax

Here you can find information regarding BCA's payment and VAT policies.

Invoice

You will receive the invoice for your vehicle purchase on the same day.

Payment

After you have received the invoice from us, you have three working days (Mo. - Fr.) to pay for it.

Change of law

EU customers: from purchase date 01.01.2020. Your car must be collected by a third-party transport company – due to our VAT compliance policy it is not possible to collect the vehicle(s) on your own. This applies to all types of vehicles (margin and qualifying cars). In order to provide you with your car documents after transportation we will need a completely filled out confirmation of receipt as well as a signed and stamped CMR.

The Austrian vehicle documents (partly only registration part II) are ready for dispatch approx. 7 days after receipt of payment.

European customers

If your company is based in an European country, please send a scanned copy of the fulfilled CMR

You pick up a car and it is not as advertised?

You have 48h to open a claim after you picked-up a car. If your vehicle has been shipped by BCA you should notify us in the CMR.
