For all auctions - All buyer fees are without VAT and applicable for each vehicle bought. On marginal cars – 25 % VAT will be added at the buyer fee.
At all auctions - If the vehicle is a Margin scheme vehicle BCA Sweden applies the principle blocking the VAT on the invoice for all mandated charges like Buyer Fees, Export Fees and Transport cost (According to EU VAT directive article 339). This will be your purchase price for the purposes of the Margin Scheme or Global Accounting.
The cosmetic grading of the vehicle is done by counting the number of body panels with damage that requires repair. This includes: paint damage (deep scratches) and dents. Interior damage is described with photos and is not part of the cosmetic grading. There may be multiple damages on a single part/panel – even if there is only one photo of the part/panel – the part/panel is still always considered one and the same body part. The vehicle's grading does not include the condition of the tires.
Grade 1: 0–2 parts/panels with damage Grade 2: 3–4 parts/panels with damage Grade 3: 5–6 parts/panels with damage Grade 4: 7 or more parts/panels with damage Grade 5: One or more collision damages with possible damage to underlying parts or components Grade “–” (minus): No grade specified. Refer to the inspection to determine the condition of the vehicle.
Grade A The vehicle has no obvious mechanical defects considering its age and mileage (minor noises may occur due to age and mileage). No warning lights related to the airbag, ABS, or engine are illuminated when the vehicle is started. Damages listed in the inspection cannot be subject to claims. Service and consumable parts are not subject to claims.
Grade B Minor noises, defects, or illuminated warning lights may be present and are described in the inspection. The vehicle’s engine, gearbox, and drivetrain function as expected considering the vehicle’s age and mileage (minor noises may occur due to age and mileage). Damages listed in the inspection cannot be subject to claims. Service and consumable parts are not subject to claims.
Grade C The vehicle is purchased in its current condition, both mechanically and cosmetically. Vehicles with this grade are sold without any right to claim for either cosmetic or mechanical condition. The inspection and description of vehicles with this grade are indicative only. Due to the vehicle’s condition, defects and deficiencies may exist that are not mentioned in the inspection or documented in photos.
Grade D The vehicle cannot be rolled and must be transported using special transport at the buyer’s expense. The vehicle is purchased in its current condition, both mechanically and cosmetically. Vehicles with this grade are sold without any right to claim for either cosmetic or mechanical condition.

From the day you receive the invoice, you will have 2 working days to pay through bank transfer.
BCA Sweden invoices all foreign buyers without VAT. Margin cars excluded.
When you buy with BCA Sweden, we will automatically transport your vehicle(s) to your point of sales. Shipping will start as soon as the payment of both the vehicle and the transport have been made.
