If you come to pick-up a car yourself or if you ask a transport company to do it, please check the following steps.
Once the payment is received, the issue voucher will be sent to you via email. The issue voucher is needed for release of vehicles in our centers.
Italian Customer or Extra EU Customer: you have up to 10 days to collect your running vehicles and up to 12 days for not-running vehicles. After that daily parking fee will applied. EU Customer: you have up to 14 days to collect your vehicles. After that BCA Italy will transport your vehicle and issue the related invoice.
Starting from 13th day, a storage fee of 15€+VAT (PC) or 20€+ IVA(LCV and HGV) per day will be charged. After 20 days BCA will arrange for the Vehicle to be transported to the buyer's address.
In order to release the car, the identification of the original buyer will be requested. In case another person picks-up the car, a power of attorney is required.

You have 48h to open a claim after you picked-up a car. If your vehicle has been shipped by BCA you should notify it in the CMR.In case of emergency, please contact the After-sales service: +39 0371 193 2002Make sure the vehicle is eligible to make a claim on by checking our rules regarding claims and follow the steps outlined.
