Buyer fees

All purchases are subject to additional administrative costs. You will find detailed information below.

Administrative Fees

ALPHABET:

Alphabet: €350 fixed buyer fee.
For vehicles priced between PLN 0 and PLN 20,000, fixed buyer fee for local customers is PLN 850.
For vehicles priced above PLN 20,000, fixed buyer fee for local customers is 2% min. PLN 1,400.
Polish Mix: €350 fixed fee for the buyer

An additional export fee of 140€ per vehicle will be invoiced for foreign buyers.

Please note that payments can be made in EUR or PLN, with the exchange rate set as the average exchange rate of the National Bank of Poland (NBP) on the last working day preceding the date on which the tax obligation arose.

*Note that currently BCA Poland has a bank account in PLN only, hence any additional differences that might result from the exchange rate are also to be paid by the buyer.

Parking Fees

You have 14 days to pick up the car after receiving confirmation
After exceeding 14 days, a parking fee of 15€ per day will be added

AVILOO Report Fee: €40

An additional €40 charge (per vehicle) will be applied for any BEV with an AVILOO battery report.

Invoicing and VAT policy

Please find below the important details regarding payment and VAT policy.

Invoice

Within 24 hours a VAT invoice for the purchased vehicle will be sent to your e-mail address.

Payment

After receiving the invoice, you will have 48 hours to pay it to the indicated account number.

VAT Policy

BCA Polska issues invoices to European Union customers without VAT.

Collect your vehicle

After payment is confirmed, the customer will receive an authorization to collect the vehicle. Collection can be arranged independently or by using BCA delivery options. To order BCA transport, simply send us an e-mail: polish.sales@bca.com

Collect by third party

Self-collection via an external carrier means that buyers from outside the EU, as well as EU customers who have opted out of automatic BCA transport or in cases where automatic transport is not available, can arrange their own transport. Upon delivery, the signed CMR and Receipt of Delivery Declaration must be provided to get the car documents

We are very conscious about the importance for you to have your vehicle(s) delivered as soon and easy as possible. Therefore, we have built an extensive logistic network across Europe to provide you with the best offer. You can estimate your transport costs and request a transport with our "calculator".

Request a transport

Car Documents

Some of the car documents will be handed over to a transport company chosen by the buyer or to a person directly collecting the purchased vehicle. We kindly ask you to send back the proof of exporting the vehicle immediately after it leaves the territory of Poland.

European customers

If your company is based in an European country, please send a scanned copy of the completed CMR, COD and a copy of the transporter's insurance.
