If you're the highest bidder on a car and you have reached the car's reserve price, you will receive a notification email containing the car´s invoice within an hour after the sale.
You have up to 2 working days from receiving the invoice to make the payment. Please note that we only accept payment via Bank transfer.
If you are a foreign buyer, you may be able to buy your car without VAT. Learn more about our VAT and car documents release policy
Original administrative documents (car registration documents) are sent 72 hours to 15 days after bank transfer made.
Once the payment has been made, you will receive a Release Document by email. This document allows you to collect your vehicle.
Access My account to get an overview of your purchases at a glance: invoices, issue vouchers, documentation, etc.
After confirmation of your payment, you will receive the voucher by e-mail which will also be available on your online account. You have the possibility to pick up the vehicle within 13 days of purchase or 17 for a non-rolling VO. Request delivery of your vehicle by our logistics team or make a quote for non-rolling VO

Benefit from the automatic transport that applies to all your cross border purchases with the exception of damaged and non-running vehicles. For these vehicles, you will receive a pick up notification and need to arrange for a third party carrier company.
