Your cross-border purchases delivered with BCA's automatic transport?

As stock rotation is one of the key drivers for dealing with used cars successfully, time is money and your focus on purchasing the right vehicles for your business is essential.

That's why we offer per default BCA's automatic transport for cross-border purchases *), a hassle-free transport solution. It saves you time and effort in arranging your own transport, export document handling and is VAT compliant. You purchase the right cars, and we will take care of the rest!

It is up to you! You can also choose to arrange the pick up of cross-border purchased vehicles yourself. Please read further below how this works.

*) EXCEPTIONS: for non-running vehicles, purchases from Portugal, Poland or Belgium, delivery to Ireland, Greece, Cyprus and Malta or if you are a non-EU buyer, you will always need to arrange your own transport solution.

Wish to arrange your own transport to pick up your cross-border purchases? Opt out of automatic transport before purchasing.

If you are an EU buyer and would rather keep control as much as possible in your own hands, then third-party pick up of your cross-border purchases from Spain, France, the Netherlands, Germany and Italy might be the best option for you.

In that case you will need to opt out for BCA automatic transport for one or more of the countries. Purchases from other countries will still be automatically delivered to you.

Here is how it works:

Sign yourself out of BCA's automatic transport solution, using the Automatic transport Opt-out form.

Your third party carrier verification

Get your selected independent third party carrier verified by BCA. Send us the completed Carrier Notification form together with the carrier insurance policy to export.eu@bca.com.

Vehicle purchase

Purchase your cross-border vehicles in any of BCA's selling countries. BCA will send you the invoice.

Payment and carrier information

Upon receipt of your payment, you will receive an email from BCA (eulogistics@bca.com) that your vehicle is ready to be released. Please reply to this email with the requested information on your carrier. If you start working with a new carrier or when your carrier's insurance policy is expired, a new carrier verification is required.

Pickup voucher

You will receive a pickup voucher. Complete the voucher and send back to BCA. Your carrier needs to show the voucher at the pickup location at the booked timeslot.

Vehicle documents

Your vehicle documents will be sent to you after receipt of the completed CMR and Receipt of Delivery Declaration.

Two important notes

1. If your purchased vehicle(s) are not picked up within 14 calendar days, transportation will be arranged by BCA, and you will receive corresponding invoice. You cannot pick up the car yourself anymore. After the transport payment is received your vehicles will be transported to you.

2. If you have a vehicle that you do not want to pick up yourself after opting out, you can order transport on demand at any time you feel a vehicle delivery with BCA Transport is more convenient, by requesting delivery.

Invoice and payment

We will provide you with an invoice specifying the detailed amount. Please proceed with the payment to secure the service. The invoice contains all necessary details for initiating the bank transfer.

Vehicle(s) transport

Upon receipt of your payment, typically within one business day, the transportation process begins.

If you recieve a vehicle that is not as expected based on the vehicle description, you can send a claim regarding the damages. Click on the button below.
