Before submitting a claim
Please be aware that following situations will not be considered as a claim:
- Vehicles sold as seen
- Damage and/or non-running vehicles
- Vehicles above 10 years and/or 200.000 km since first registration date
- vehicles with gross price below 1.500€
- When deadlines were outdated
- When cars have a traveled more than 50km after leaving BCA facilities
