If you receive the vehicle via BCA ETS Transport: note the defects on the CMR. If you or your carrier pick up the vehicle: make sure that the defect was recorded on the handover at the time of collection.
In order to accept your claim, BCA will request a picture of the mileage counter.
Vehicles can be claimed within 48 h by uses a transport agency. 24 hours if the vehicle was delivered by BCA.
