How to submit a claim

1. Noter dine kommentarer på fragtbrevet

Når du modtager dit køretøj, skal du skrive dine kommentarer på fragtbrevet (CMR).

2. Billede af kilometertælleren

For at kunne godkende dit krav vil BCA anmode om et billede af kilometertælleren.

3. 48 timer til at indsende din reklamation

Din reklamation skal indsendes indenfor 48 timer efter afhentning eller levering af dit køretøj.

4. Udfyld online-formularen

Du finder reklamationsformularen herunder.

5. Vedhæft dokumenter

Vedhæft det udfyldte fragtbrev, billede af kilometertæller og andre relevante billeder eller dokumenter der understøtter din reklamation.

6. Du får svar indenfor 48 timer

Vores team vil vende retur med svar indenfor 48 timer

Before submitting a claim

Please note that the following cases are not subject to any claim:

Modified or resold vehicles
Vehicles with over 180.000 km or 10 years
Damaged and non-runners vehicles
Claims on Body or Mecanical parts below 350€ ex. VAT
The odometer reading exceeding 50 km compared to the mileage displayed during the sale.
