If you receive the vehicle via Transport: note the defects on the CMR (or transport notes). If you or your carrier pick up the vehicle: make sure that the defect was recorded on the handover at the time of collection.
Take pictures of both the odometer and any appraisal damage you intend to claim for and attach them while filling in the online claim form.
Your claim needs to be submitted within 24hours from pick-up or delivery date.

If delay for change of ownership of documents is passed and the buyer do not have receive the original car documents under his name. He is entitled for a sale cancellation.
